Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Sure. Once the order is placed successfully, there will be a confirmation call from our support center for the verification of the order. The order amount should be paid in full on delivery. The package can be opened only after making the payment. It will cost you an extra AED 10 for COD.
Do you have a physical shop?
Cricket Arabia is an online store. We do not have a physical shop, but we have our warehouse where the products are stored and an office where you are welcome to visit by appointment. Feel free to message our team on WHATSAPP and book an appointment or call +971 52 3988352.
The nature of our business is such that we can save costs of owning physical stores and pass on the savings to our customers. Hence, you get your products cheaper and faster from the comfort of your own home or office.
Can I pay when I collect my order directly from you?
Yes, only anexact change in cashwill be accepted.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 7 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds. We only offer an exchange.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
My Product is faulty, what should I do?
While we try to make sure every order is perfect, sometimes things can go wrong which is very rare. There may be manufacturer defects, logistics issues, a missing item, etc.

Delivery and Collection
When will my order be despatched?
Normal Delivery:
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (UAE time) from Mon-Sat will be despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm (UAE time) from Mon-Sat will be despatched the next working day.
We are closed on Sunday. All orders placed on Sunday will be despatched the next working day.
Urgent Delivery:
If you have chosen Urgent Delivery, your order will be despatched as mentioned on the delivery method.
How quick will my order be delivered?
We try to provide our best estimate of an item's expected delivery date when you add an item to your cart.
However, you can expect most deliveries to take place:
- Within UAE: 1 - 2 business days
- International Delivery: 4 - 7 business days
How much does the shipping/delivery cost within the UAE?
Delivery is free if your order total is above AED 100.
For orders below AED 100 there is a flat delivery charge of AED 20.
How much does International shipping cost?
Please add items to the cart by registering your email address and select your region for shipping charges.
Customs / Import Duty is not included. Buyers are responsible to pay these charges at their end, if applicable.

It's very rare but sometimes things can go wrong, and if your parcel has not arrived as expected please accept our apologies.

Yes, we are official dealers of all the brands & products in our store. All our products are 100% original.
What do you mean by Export Quality bats?
We have special export quality bats which are specifically made keeping in mind theclimatic and weather conditions of the Middle East Region.
What do you mean by real time pictures of the bats?
As per our company policy,every bat that arrives in the UAE is weighed, catalogued, and uploadedon the website with their actual weight and pictures.All items found online are in stock in the UAE.
There are different batting categories and a lot of the bats look exactly the same but some are much more expensive than others, what is the difference?
Cricket Bats are made with different standards of English Willow and Kashmir Willow Wood and are generally graded this way.
The more expensive bats will have a higher quality English Willow or Kashmir Willow (Grade 1 being the best), with a better color across the blade as well as “pinging” off the bat nicely for a better feel and touch.
